As a short-term, solution-focused method, systemic constellation work lends itself beautifully to single sessions work with individuals and couples. Together we plot the issue and discover where the roots begin and then we begin to untangle…

ONE 2 ONE

For those who would like to work individually, or perhaps wish to take time before or after a workshop to explore an issue further, one to one coaching sessions are available via zoom, or face to face in Bruton, Somerset. Usually a single Systemic Constellation session is all that is required. When meeting Gaye for the first time, the session should be either 1.5 hours or two hours long. If, sometime later, you wish to return for a follow up session an hour is usually sufficient. Contact Gaye to arrange a session. Please note that Gaye’s diary is very full at present so spaces are very limited and there may be a waiting list.

COUPLES SESSIONS

Solution-focused couples sessions of an hour and half or two hours are available for couples who would like to attend together to explore tender or painful issues in their relationship.

The unique ‘lens’ that systemic constellation work brings to a situation can be enormously supportive and illuminating for many couples. Looking at the relationship within the context of our life and wider familial and ancestral patterns, which may include social, cultural or religious identities over many generations, can reveal the place where our blind or unconscious loyalty to our family of origin is perhaps creating difficulties with the partner we love.

All couple issues can be addressed through this work – the places where things have got stuck – where should change happen? Is it your fault or mine? Are we willing to change, or shall I wait for you to go first? As well as other specific issues such as intimacy, children, second families, or separation.
