I really think my personal constellation has been and will be brilliant for me. I was trying to pin my grief on everything other than what happened in the previous generation and yet of course it is where it belonged. Its like Ive been looking at life through a narrow lens because if I allowed myself the wide angle lens it allowed the grief in. The space in front of me now feels much clearer and brighter.
